While commissions remain negotiable and should not be quoted as "usual", knowledge is still free to give. Generally, a ground lease will command a greater commission percentage because it is often more difficult to transact a property on a ground lease.
Good luck to you as your competition will let you know if your commission rates are too high or too low. The American spirit still prevails in commercial real estate!
