what is best way to find and to contact owners of commercial property in my area?

I need to send a proposal letter on renewable energy solutions for commercial property owners. How can I find contact information of such facilities and what would be the best way to do it? Thanks.

Local County Tax Appraisers' web site should with some aggrivation let you find the owners. Also, there is a subscription service available, they were at the FAR convention in Orlando, in 2008, I can not remember their address, but "Google" should narow down your list of potential providers. Good luck.

I help renewable energy developers like yourself contact commercial property owners and landowners throughout the mid-atlantic region. I have access to every tax record program available in the mid-atlantic. I would be happy to help.
