splitting comission with another broker from a property in Costa Rica.

I am advertising property in Costa Rica. If an agent sends me a clients who buys it, how do we split the comission?

Normally, the brokers determine the percentage to be paid to each other. Referrals typically pay 25 to 30 % of the sales commission.
