i need a blank confidentiality agreement...where can i get one?

does anyone have a blank template? with no company logos?

Hi Frank,
Unless you've got a lawyer that'll do it as a courtesy, go to google, type in "NCND", or "CA," or Confidentiality Agreement. You'll pull up multi-tens of different examples and even actual ones that've found there way onto the internet. But first thing's first, determine what you want your document to do, then google, select, print them out, review them for purpose, then type of a fresh one with only the elements you want. It's not the easiest way, but then few things of value come free & easy. You'll also learn alot in the process. Caution: don't make it so intimidating that you chase off business, or burn a bridge/jeopardize a relationship you wish to cultivate...
