Janet, you need to understand that Real Estate markets are divided into separate eco-centric circles. Different neighborhoods command different prices for Real Estate. To determine price, you will have to scout out and discover other Industrial Lots in the same neighborhood, and find out what the asking rates for Industrial Land leases are. The price for Industrial Land in Florida is going to be different from the asking rates in California, or Pennsylvania. You need to do a search for other industrial lots in Pennsylvania, in and around Christiana, and use this as your factor for pricing competitively in the market. In our city, Industrial Lots in different neighborhoods go for various prices. Our city/county zoned a great amount of industrial lots on the Westside, however they zoned a small number of lots Industrial on the Southside. Find the price of lots in your same neighborhood. Other parts of the country will not yield an accurate figure for you.
