condemning attorneys responsibility to provide info in Ground lease monthly compensation

At court hearing , condemning attorney obtained condemnation for demolition of dayca re,underlying property remains in ownership of property owner and awarded 37000 dollars for a replacement cost of 262,000 dollars. Attorney made no mention of a ground rental rate until property returned to owner. Should this have been provided and an estimated project completion been provided?
