If it's for a residential property, we use from Transunion. It's simple and effective.

So much depends on the building and risk of tenant.
For serious credit checks at a substantial price, there's Dunn and Bradstreet.
For small tenants with criminal, social security fraud and some abuse, there's
I often check BBB.
If it is financial, there's nothing like calling a few past landlords to find out if they did really pay the bills.
