go to (your county) property appraiser.com and find the GIS Map. zoom in to the subject property and click on indentify on the property you are interested in.
I just looked it up, and its a very easy search. Hamilton County's property appraiser's web site is easy to navigate. Go to the GIS map and zoom into the site. One click and you can see who owns it.
