What is the best way to market to the multi-family management companies?

As in offering general contracting services as far as services that the on site maintenance team is not equipped for or does not have time for?

Best is a broad term that might not work in all locales. 1. Become a member of any (could be more than one) property management trade association groups active in your area - ie: IREM and BOMA come to mind, Commercial associations of REALTORS, REALTOR associations, etc. all have membership categories for affiliates that provide services to their members. Be a member and become active. Apartment Associations also have categories for affiliates. Generally with membership you get access to member info and you get listed in the member list. Generally you can attend functions and network with property management service owners and staff. Once you get member info - contact them directly - call - stop and visit - send info - send e-mail - follow up. Business yellow pages / google for your area for those providing property management services and you will find who is active locally. Followup followup followup
