What is the best way to market to agents representing deference contractors?

I am trying to market an office building in Dayton, OH to defense contractors. What is the best way to get the word out to brokers across the US that are representing these contractors?

Katie....There are several companies that will send Broker Blasts (email flyers) out for you. It would be appropriate for you to develop a flyer that includes all the information you want to put into your offer in soliciting cooperative brokers. It would be wise to make sure that you include the qualification that they must be experienced in the specific market you are searching for candidates. The Internet has become such a prolific system for gaining instant information that you may be surprised just how much response you get. Of course, your office building will have to meet all the qualifications that a defense contractor requires, but this is where the experience of the specific brokers will become so valuable to you.
