Having a lender with the lowest rates will help you sell a property in this market.
The owner operator loans now are some of the best rates going.
We offer SBA rates now as low as 4.75% Variable, and 5.54% fixed.
In most cases we can go up to 90% on these types of properties.
Have a lender with low rates available to your buyer will help you close more deals.
