"Built or Build to Suit" is when a property owner offers to construct/develop a building/space specifically to the end users criteria. The owner offers this hoping to induce the buyer/tenant to purchase/lease under specific terms after the construction is completed. The terms and various details are negotiated and then agreed upon prior to the construction start.
