We got everything, but no garage. Only get a shade which can park 4 cars. Otherwise, we met your requirements.

i have a automotive detail business and I am looking for a shop/space on the Arlington/fort worth area.
i don't wash cars from outside, so i wont need drains or waste any water we do only interior detailing
i am looking for 2000 to 3000 square f it can be open space. thank you.
