It's neem some years since I have updated my commercial forms. Does anyone know a source for basic forms?

Three places to look -- 1) your state's real estate commission website (here is link to the Kentucky real estate commission site -- 2) any local real estate investors association (here's one in Cincinnati and 3) a commercial broker in your area (stick with one that's a member of LoopNet and you'll be well cared for).

Along with your state real estate organization, AIR has some extremely good forms...but they’re not free. You pay per use.
