This should be a tough question for which to get a good answer. Most agents or owners do not want their rent rolls to be widely distributed, as it could lead to competition soliciting the tenants prior to lease expirations. Usually, an owner will ask for a strict confidentiality agreement to be executed prior to giving this information. It is usually only provided when the owner is selling and needs to provide the information for the proper buyer's due diligence.
