If my long term lease is now month to month am I responsible for the annual IG expenses?

Typically the same lease terms apply with the exception of the expiration date. So that would be a yes.

Yes, all the terms of your lease remain the same. However, the advantage you have is the right to continue to negotiate the terms, or move with 30 days’ notice. This can be an advantage if you use it wisely!

YES. All other terms of the lease remain the same with the exception of term. You might also want to see if you have a holdover clause in the lease. Our standard leases include a 150% holdover clause to protect the landlord against tenants that refuse to sign a new lease.
