I make 250k offer, the seller counter 275k , i counter 265k, he ignore me. Can I make him accept my 275k now ?

In short "NO". He never accepted your offer, therefore they are free to entertain or not entertain any offer they choose. This is good news for you, it shows that the seller isn't really motivated to sell their property. You should move on, look for a better deal, or at the very least find someone who want's to do business...

No, his offer of $275k is now void. The act of rejecting his $275k offer and countering with your own nullifies his initial counter offer. Depending on the timeline given in your counter offer, the seller may still be able to accept your $265,000.
