Equity: Can you use it to buy notes and bonds?

Convert your equity from ill liquid to liquid and you can by anything you want. However, static equity will not do much for you, since there is great risk in placing value these days. Talk with a hard moneylender and you will really determine how much liquid equity you really have. However, like me, you probably rate talking to a hard moneylender somewhere below talking with a skunk salesman.

Im with rob on this one about the hard money lenders. :) but yes you can buy notes and bonds but surely there are better investments then that in your area.
