This type of form is often hard to present on a generic basis, since many of the terms and conditions will vary from state to state. Also, it depends a bit on to which segment of the industry you are planning to provide property management.

However, if you would like to send me an email, perhaps I can give you a couple of variations on agreements, so that you can get the general feel of what you are looking for in arriving at a mutual place of fairness between the owner (landlord) and the property manager, (you).

It will be important that you seek appropriate legal advice before using any agreement.
