Commercial Property Management course?

I'm looking for a comprehensive course, either on-line or classroom, for commercial/industrial property management. I'm more interested in the marketing, leasing, legal & administration. I'm not really interested in building maintenance, etc. I'm currently looking at the BOMA "Foundations" course. Are there any others out there? Books or other resources? TIA

IREM is a good resource. You can do a lot of classes on line.

Several options through the NAR - National Association of REALTORS. IREM is all around good and offers the CPM course (Certified Property Manager - I am one). Also BOMA - Building Owners and Managers Association - offers courses and designations. Also CCIM - Certified Commercial Investment Manager. Also - SIOR - Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS - courses and designation. Also - CAI - Community Associations Institute. Take a look at these - all have websites and offer a myriad of courses - class room style, online, etc. and many books and other publications. Just Google each of the above and choose from there. Feel free to pick up the phone in a major area and you will find an office for the local chapter of most of those groups. They can get you more info, get you in touch with a member to talk to, etc.

I just finished an online course through BOMI and definitely recommend that you take a look at their offerings. I found their pricing a little better than IREM.
