Can anyone recommend a training program for Shopping Center Managment careers?

In these economic times diversity is key. I'm looking for a training program that will lead me through the basics of shopping center management and ultimately lead me to achieving a Certified Marketing Director certification. I am based out of South Florida but will consider travel for the courses. I also will not rule out online training as long as it's through a reputable firm. Any and all recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Check out the International Council of Shopping Centers. They have many courses for management, leasing, marketing, etc.

I would very much recommend any of the three Real Estate gurus namely Robert Allen, Donald Trump or Robert Kiyosaki 's Institute on commercial real estate.
Florida is not a cheap place to invest in real estate. The insurance is very high due to the topography of the state in the midst of tornados, hurricanes, flooding and so on.
Depending on how long you want to attend this class, some institute would do introductory seminar followed by a 3-Day workshop after you sign up, this is advanced training course. If you have no knowledge of real estate, commercial real estate is not a place to start. Cost of the program could be another factor. Robert kiyosaki is reasonable followed byDonald Trump then Robert Allen. If you really need to learn all in a few workshops, ask to be thought by Lorenzo Spencer. He does live classes if you are willing to travel. Online courses are not the same, you might aswell do self-study which takes forever with little assimiliation.
Trump Institute is very good at specifics and laws protecting consumers, investors and people new in real estate. Trump is a go-gether and spontanous. When you talk about one-on-one tutoring, Lorenzo Spencer is great and Robert kiyosaki's mentors. The most generous of all the three is Robert Allen. He does not put fees first before the students. He is very encouraging and would pick you up from nowhere. All three know how to make money, they are great investors and opportunists. They are key players in US economy. We need all three, though each one uses different strategy. I have learnt so much from all three with no basic knowledge in real estate and I hope you will too.You will also make money in real estate even as a student. Ask for the money when you make it. I hope the economy would turn around by the time you start managing a shopping center. All hands need be on deck to make this possible.
Goodluck and let me know how it goes. See you at the top.
