At this moment I would say eturn on investment will highly depend on the cost of acquisition. Why? because for an investor with cash, good credit and tract record, opporutnities are beginning to show up more due to loans maturing and other loans defaulting.
One would analyzie the income versus the acquisiton cost, demand, and of course as always, good location. Locations that are in transition of improving. Knowin where the city's up stream is is very important. Good luck. BB BG BH
