Are properties listed on LoopNet MLS, non-MLS, or a mix? If the latter, how do I tell the difference?

LoopNet is a MLS. The listings contained therein are a mix of real estate agents/brokerages and FSBO. Most agents/brokerages will have their company names attached as it may be required by state laws which may vary state to state.
