Are large business lines of credit actually getting approved?

Are there truths to all the advertisements out there. If anyone has had experience in acquiring LOC's please share your thoughts/timeline, etc.

I have tried for two years. Did not work for me. So, I closed my business. This is my experience. I have to have good credit, established business for more than two years & have down payment or equity of 30% or more of the purchase price, I will get the loan. That's all.

I work with investors and business owners to secure lines of credit w/ general business assets or equity in commercial real estate. I'd be more than happy to share the general requirements to qualify for working capital lines. Feel free to contact me.
