Anyone experianced with the eminate domaining of a portion of a property that is secured by a CMBS mortgage?

Looking for guidance. I own a shopping center that a portion of the parking lot is being eminate domained by the Metropolitain Transit Authority. The property is secured by a CMBS Mortgage and the Servicer's counsel is indicating to me that all the proceeds will be used to paydown the loan and the partnership will not recieve any of the porceeds. The partnership will to taxed on the proceeds and we want to at least pay this tax out of the proceeds that will be paid.
