Any Land Investors in Daytona Beach have thoughts on Oceanfront land pricing trends?

Curious what thoughts local and regional investors have. Land prices for assembled ready for development land (over 1/2 an acre) are very high for condo, hotel, and condo hotel sites. With the state of the market and the number of competing sites, what's the outlook for selling an Oceanfront property at present?
