Hi Ernesto. If the rate is $15/sf/yr, and for example you have a 1,000sf space, your yearly total payment is ($15 x 1000 = )$15,000) divide by 12 for monthly = $1,250/month. You can apply this directly to your size space... it costs $1,250/month per 1,000 SF of leased space. make sure to include CAM or any other additional costs in determining your true costs. A lot of times brokers will place the price per square foot at a yearly rate. You can divide $15 by 12 months and come to the monthly rate of $1.25 per square foot. Of course you'll want to check for any NNN (CAM) fees associated with the space to get your actual costs for leasing.
