why is land listed for sale, but have no asking price listed?

This is a common technique used to ensure the real estate agent or property seller is able to have a conversation with the potential client. My husband and I are both agents and we value our clients time and list property prices to help our customer's know if the property is worth a phone call.

The price is listed @ $585,000 for the property, and Restaurant fully equipped , walk in freezer cooler , pizza oven, etc etc etc.... Please let me know if you have any other questions.
