Your states Realtor board would probably have a good one. You can also go through AIR.

A good lease begins before the document is signed. An experienced agent will help thier clients perform due dilligence on the prospect, tenant or landlord. They will also bring up many issues that could become pitfalls if not addressed in the document or not understood by the parties signing it. Qualified agents really do add value beyond taking calls from thier signs. You should consider hiring a professional.
