CCIM has a very good course, CI 411/REM 845 Managing and Marketing Troubled Assets, where there can be found great BPO forms and a AMDP (Asset Management Disposition Plan) form which can both be helpful to a seller of troubled assets. Where are your troubled assets?

Hello Ann,
I would use TAZA360 a product offered by tazasystems. They offer FREE BPO forms that you can complete from the field using their FREE iPhone and Droid apps.

I have found that most will provide you with the form that they want you to complete the BPO on especially for a commercial BPO but I did come across this form online that you can download, it's a good BPO form for commercial properties.
