when offering a rent reduction for existing tenant can future tax deductions if any be to landlord?

Since we are heavily discounting rent, would we be entitled to rcapture tax savings rahther than passing them on as we normally do. The lease has R.E tax as a pass through to the tenant.

With tenant agreement, a negotiated Addendum to the lease should suffice.
