LOL ! ... Great ! , (actually, the best answer ! ... , Linda ! ) I agree ! Now, ... how to find a buyer ? ... That is THE Question ! ... If that's the objective.
There are many exits , depending on your ebjectives, short & long term.
If it's to sell, the easiest way is to Owner Finance it. Depending on how the property is bot, one could keep the note for income or sell a portion of it & get the rest later or sell the whole note & cash out. This is all I do is specialize in Owner Finance ... Ive done 2,228 & counting & there are many ways to skin a cat ! ... On any type of property ! Let me know & I'll help ya !
