what is the rate for commercial loan with only 20% occupancy by owner and 50% down to buy property? average?

cost 1.5million, wiil put down 50% and will occupy 20 % of the building

Ask a local community bank or savings and loan. They have a vested interest in the area and know the local market. I asked a little over a year ago, they wanted 30% down and 12% interest. Make an appointment to speak with someone, it shows you are serious.
