what is the difference in Retail and Street Retail properties?

Retail is a broad term which is used to emcompass any property where the sale of goods and services is permitted by local zoning ordidnances. Reatil space can be anywhere, such as malls, neighborhood strip centers, highway strip centers or street retail. Street retail is usually retail space that located in the commercial downtown area of any small town.

Simply put, street retail is where you would expect to have a lot of pedestrian traffic in front of the store.
