This will depend on your particular market - NYC, Seattle and SF of course will vary significantly from Miami, Oklahoma and Houston.

Dear David,
Cap rates change within each market and different cities. There is a lot of variation regarding the cost per square foot. As an example, the cost PSF can double if the storage unit is on the main street or if it's located on the street behind it.
