Property Management are services after the tenant is fond. The property manager is responsible for services the property and tenant needs for the seller. There are many services a property manager can do the for the owner. As a tenant, it is important to understand what the services are and what will be covered and what the owner will need to approve. Some property managers have the authority to make repairs up to a certain amount prior to contacting the owner.
