A full-service gross lease (FSG) commonly found in office leases, includes all the normal operating expenses plus janitorial (interior cleaning of your office space). You have to check with the landlord to see what the janitorial schedule is for your building. Some buildings are daily and some only a few times per week. If you require more, you need to discuss it with the landlord to see if they can provide it.

Even though I'm answering this a few months after your posting, I wanted to add a small detail.
Full Service leases are usually for top-tier office space. And full service should also include electric. This can be significant for larger spaces. The additional items I see which are not included with full service leases are parking charges, after hours A/C usage, and sales tax.
