Does a tenant pay real estate taxes, electricity, cleaning, property management, security under a "modified net" lease structure?

Hi Dean,
A modified net can mean different things so don't be afraid to ask for clarification. What it usually means is that the tenant pays for utilities and possibly janitorial or some common area maintenance while the landlord takes care of the big expenses (taxes, insurance, maintenance).
