new to commercial investiing and would like to purchase an existing business(daycare) in mi.

The owner of the daycare has passed away and the chidren aren't interested in continuing to run and operate it. They are willing to sale as is w/furnishing what type of creative stategy could I propose to obtain this property if I don't have all the asking price monies

This is not a problem. Financing can be had at 100% for this type of deal through business Lines of Credit...non-signatory, so credit scores don't matter. I'm doing this on a regular basis.
