insurance cost estimates for rental land on which we plan to have 2 greenhouses for growing lillies

Hi I would like a rough estimate on insurance costs for a land that we plan to rent. The purpose of the land would be to install 2 greenhouses and we want to use it to grow flowers such as roses and lillies. An estimate would be appreciated. The land is located in Soledad, Ca and it would be about 3.5 acres.

On land you are insuring basically against liability since the land is likely not going to go away. You can insure the structures and get business coverage for your agricultural product (flowers). It would be best to talk with an agent specializing in agricultural businesses
