Go to the county clerks office & give them the address.

If you have the address, you should be able to go the Recorder of Deed or Tax Assessment office for your township/municipality and they will be able to help you.

Confer with a real estate professional - they have access to data bases that can readily identify the owner of a piece of property virtually anywhere in the US with access to 160,000,000 pieces of property and associated ownership and tax info related to them.
