how to find a co-lessor/subletter?

I am a psychologist looking to lease office space in Northern Virginia. Many of the properties I am interested in have more space (and a higher rental rate) than I need. Any suggestions about how to find a suitable co-lessor or subletter? I have tried advertising on my professional and social listservs and Craig's List, but no leads yet. Thanks.

Try to locate a knowledgeable commercial Realtor in your area. They might have clients similar to yourself in need of assistance that you can team up with.

You may also ask other professionals in your field if they have space available and sublet from them for the time being.
