Contact large property management firms - especially those with a CPM on staff - to inquire if they have any such opportunities. Many do.

Find a good partner, a property management company will never run it as effectively as a good partner that gains from their expertise and proactive management directly.
We are multifamily and retail sponsor with a great track record if you are looking for a local partner. We syndicate our projects only to high net worth investors who are accredited.
Contact me if interested.
