how much do you charge per square foot for lease space Mon-Fri in Royal Oak

We are a church with 2600 square feet of space being used by a pre-school and nursery and we have no idea what we should be charging per square foot in our area for use of the building and utilities included.

It will depend greatly on the type of space, amenities, location, parking and zoning allowed in that space. Send me an email and I can help or put you in contact with someone who can, I handle some commercial in Royal Oak but mostly residential. kbaird@tcagents.com
