how can i get out of lockout period in my loan?

I have a prepaid penalty and a lockout period. How can i avoid paying the lockout
penalty.

Patsy- it all depends on who your lender is. If you have a conduit loan, there is no way out. If you have a balance sheet lender (bank, life company, etc), you might be able to negotiate a change to the existing loan.
