You can always go through the Census Bureau - "http://factfinder.census.gov/home/saff/main.html?_lang=en"
The place most people will recommend is the "Site to do Business" - "http://www.stdb.com/"
It comes included if you're with the CCIM Institute, but I believe for basic access it's $250. The information is very easy to read and decipher.

Contact the Economic Development Office for San Antonio or call a real estate broker in that market.
If that broker is a CCIM they should be able to order a demographic report through their network's "Site to do Business". Good luck.
