Most county assessors have websites that will allow you to search on the parcel number which is the number from the map. It should allow you to see the owner information. Google search for county and state tax assessor to get website it should say real property records or real estate parcel search or the like.

From the county assessors map number you will get a legal description which can be researched either online in many cases or through county tax records at the tax office or courthouse - or though assistance from a friendly title company in your area. From those records you will find the owner of a particular piece of property. Chris Rosprim, Scott Brown Commercial.
