Go to the state housing website and look for the data bank on tax credit properties. Then property land
records for actual lura. Alternately, go to website data serve and request this info.

Georgina;
LURA Agreements can be divided into two groups A: tax credit properties an B: propeties that received discounts during the RTC days. They maybe other groups but theseare the main groups.
Most states have an agency charged with overseeing the application of tax credit housing from the federal goverment. This agency typically handles the oversite of on-going complliance with the program. You can get a list on-line of the agencys by state and from those agency you can get a list of LURA properties.
If you follow the list link housingcreditcollege.com click on LHTC Resourses for a list of all state agencys.
Good luck!
