how can I get 3 years of historical data for 10,000 SF and up office leases in downtown Trenton, NJ?

Hire a broker because that data is not readily available to those out side the RE industry. Obviously it has value because it's hard to come by. A RE professional that's active in that submarket will have the data you're looking for. You'll want to hire them to represent you and that data will be part of their service to you.
