Generally no, Banks in this low interest rate environment the norm is an adjustable rate in a 3-5 year period with a 10 year term and balloon at the end. if you are lucky the amortization will be something more than 20 years. You can obviously call around but i am not aware of any bank anywhere doing 40-50 year amortization.
